Your body has a built in "righting" mechanism. That means it will always try to keep your eyes level with the horizon. Every time your body is subjected to stress, whether traumatic or repetitive, a shift in the position of the body can occur. This shift (subluxation) will cause a compensation to occur somewhere else to balance your posture. Outwardly you may appear balanced but inside your spine can look like a curvy country road. How do you know if you are out of balance. Sometimes it's obvious - low shoulder when you look in the mirror, one pant leg longer than the other. Sometimes it's not. A Chiropractic evaluation can help identify problem areas and provide you with a realistic solution.
